Twelve Commandments

Read the Gospel and note that the entire law of Christ rests upon these commandments.    If Jesus says  “Whoever receives you receives me”  he surely says that ministers and disciples must preach his word and not their own doctrines, contorted from the Gospel.  

God composed the Bible for us all and, in time,  even gave us more historical books (the gnostics). He did not allow anyone to withhold or falsify anything that could have an adverse effect on our salvation from the Gospel; for would we seriously seek the truth through reading and studying the Gospel: we will find it!
 

12 commandments

1   MARK  12: 30  And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 
2   MARK  12: 31  And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none another commandment greater than these.  
3  Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
4   Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. (yet men is master over the Sabbath and not the sabbath over men he said in the new agreement).
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
5   Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
6   Thou shalt do no murder  ( ..shall not kill is a mistranslation )
7   Thou shalt not commit adultery.
8   Thou shalt not steal.
9   Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
10 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
11 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other Gods before me.
12  Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:  Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;  And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. 

Note: back in the Old Testament, God abolished visiting the iniquity of transgressors upon their children.

The now 1st and 2nd commandments were put upon the Jews separately from the 10 commandments. Jesus gave them these: 

MAT 22: 37, MAR 12: 30, LUK 10: 27
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

Exodus 20:1 
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Deuteronomy 6:5
Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 

Leviticus 19:18
Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone amongst your people, but love your neighbour as yourself. I am the Lord.

LUKE  21:33 “Heaven and earth shall pass away but my word shall not pass away!”
Now, anyone who tells you that these ten commandments are no longer valid is sitting in the congregation of Satan, for he does not believe Christ!   Read the doctrine of Christ and see that the entire doctrine rests on these commandments. 

Know that any church, minister or evangelist whom preaches ‘Ten Commandments’ is lukewarm.
