In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. George Orwell

Foods Christians may Eat

Christians can eat all manner of foods, providing they give thanks before they eat.  This may be a prayer, sign of the cross, or some personal form of your own which is truthful in the heart, for your God can see the truth in your heart and will accept it.

First of all: God tells Apostle Peter that Christians can eat all foods:

Peter’s Vision
ACT  10: 9  On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:
ACT  10: 10  And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
ACT  10: 11  And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
ACT  10: 12  Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
ACT  10: 13  And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
ACT  10: 14  But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
ACT  10: 15  And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
ACT  10: 16  This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
Laws of men:
The sect of Jehovah’s Witnesses, for example, forbid their members many things not ordered by God, some clearly forbidden, in the Bible ( doctrines of men ).  They use the below quotation, as a command on their members not to eat blood, nor give blood!

But why then is this quotation in the book?  Do remember that the men who speak here are still Jews, called to the Gospel of Christ and to Christianity; they still have their old ways to part from. Clearly, they tried to have us circumcise, but failed; now this particular speaker attempts to have us abstain from blood, perhaps unwittingly, quoting his old Jewish custom/law which is no longer valid as Christ abolished it.   He says:

Apostle James speaking: (this quote is overwritten by Jesus; so it’s wrong)

ACT  15: 20  But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

But this contradiction in James’ instruction is evident in that what Jesus teaches us:

Jesus Says:
“It’s not what goes into a man that defiles a man, but what comes out of a man that defiles a man”
TI1  4: 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

MAR  7: 15  There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

Jesus says:
MAT  15: 14  Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
MAT  15: 15  Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.
MAT  15: 16  And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?
MAT  15: 17  Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
MAT  15: 18  But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
MAT  15: 19  For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
MAT  15: 20  These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Jesus’ quote recorded the second time:

MAR  7: 16  If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
MAR  7: 17  And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
MAR  7: 18  And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;
MAR  7: 19  Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?
MAR  7: 20  And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
MAR  7: 21  For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
MAR  7: 22  Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
MAR  7: 23  All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

The spirit of Christ speaking

TI1 (Timothy)  4: 1  Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
TI1  4: 2  Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
TI1  4: 3  Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth
TI1  4: 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
TI1  4: 5  For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
TI1  4: 6  If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
TI1  4: 7  But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto Godliness.
TI1  4: 8  For bodily exercise profiteth little: but Godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
TI1  4: 9  This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.

Beware of fools, deceivers and hypocrites claiming the Christian crown: for they are nothing the like:

They condemn gays and claim these can never be Christians, but still, they preach that baptized persons (holy people/Christians) may commit fornication and/or that believers do not need to baptise to become Christians and Holy.  But if these transgressors can be Christians then why can gays not?

ROM  1: 21  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
ROM  1: 22  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

...And The Gates Of Hell Shall Not Prevail Against It
Through the ages, Catholics and other Nicolaitans defied the above quotation by Jesus,
oppressing and murdering many, deceiving and misleading many more.
But they have not and shall not prevail against
'His Church'.
