Atonement

Jesus’ death on the cross is no atonement for sin! Atonement for sin is ‘individual repentance’ completed with baptism: which by God is rewarded with the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Imagine that Jesus’ death would literally be atonement for sin! Why then would we need repentance and baptism, while our sins were already be forgiven through Jesus’ death on the cross? This quote is a METAPHOR. His death on the cross completed the process during which he gave us the means to find salvation:- faith, repentance, baptism, but was and is no atonement for any sins! Do not be fooled by smooth-talking fake preachers who have anything in mind but to win you for the kingdom of heaven.

a) before Jesus died he called people to repent and baptise, in his name.

b) after Jesus died, first the Apostles, then those that were baptised received the Holy Ghost. From the Apostles the Christians received through laying on of hands, direct from the Apostles, but before Jesus died they could already pray for it, but not yet received it, because Jesus was not yet dead.
JOH 7: 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

LUK 11: 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

The blood of Christ very much is a metaphor for the message of the Gospel: the cause of his death. Only after his death could the process be completed: Repentance, Baptism, Reception of the Holy Ghost. To enter Heaven you must be Holy and, after your baptism, you are ‘holy’ and fit to receive the Holy Ghost.

Read the Holy Ghost events after Jesus’ death.

LET NOBODY PUT A HEAVIER BURDEN UPON YOU THAN JESUS HAS

ROM 5: 11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
( atonement in this context meaning ‘the means to obtain forgiveness for our sins: repentance and baptism. )

Jesus: Repent and Baptize for the remission of sin. Nothing else!
Nobody needs to ATONE! Atonement is a ritual from Judaism: the Jews had to make atonement through offerings in the old days.
But then Jesus came and changed all that. Now we repent and baptize, then sin no more for reparation. Thus we have one NEW atonement: repentance and baptism! Sinning after this means death. Search the book for the word’ atonement’.

Atonement, and confessions to priest for the remission of sin, are a Catholic inventions with the aim to increase their grip upon their followers and increase church members. For if one can repair sin – how nice! We can keep on sinning, can we? Easy!
But if so it was, why would God bother giving us repentance and baptism? And has Jesus ever uttered the word: ATONEMENT?

Search the whole Bible for the word: atonement and see for yourself:

(Knowledge of the truth denotes reception of the Holy Ghost after a successful ‘Baptism’.  If not, what does it denote then??)

HEB 10: 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
HEB 10: 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
HEB 10: 28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
HEB 10: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, (the agreement of repentance and baptism in return for live everlasting) wherewith he was sanctified, (after baptizing one becomes holy) an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
HEB 10: 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
HEB 10: 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

...And The Gates Of Hell Shall Not Prevail Against It
Through the ages, Catholics and other Nicolaitans defied the above quotation by Jesus,
oppressing and murdering many, deceiving and misleading many more.
But they have not and shall not prevail against
'His Church'.
